Introducing Akupanel

Akupanel was born out of passion for beautiful materials, combined with useful application. The team at Akupanel has a successful background in the interior design industry, and from that expertise we once started the business. We have noticed over the years, that wallcoverings often serve a single purpose. Beautiful, or functional. This was something we wanted to change.

For years we have seen that painting a wall a color within the interior is the most popular way to easily add atmosphere to a room. In general, this is a very good method. But with our Akupanels we take this a step further. Our Akupanel wooden slatted walls are not only aesthetically beautiful, but they also literally bring a warm atmosphere into your home. The professional quality felt layer ensures excellent room acoustics. 2 birds with one stone!

Whatever we do, we like to do well. We don’t have a big assortment. We believe that if you do something, you have to be good at it. That’s why we specialize in Acoustic slatted walls. We are at it every day to deliver an exceptional product.

We try to keep our delivery model simple. What we try to do with this is to keep the production of the Akupanels in-house, package the products ourselves, and then ship them ourselves.
